Certainly one of the most welcomed winter holidays, in Italy the “Carnevale” (Carnival) is a huge event celebrated with parades, masquerade balls, music, entertainment, and parties. Pranks of any kind are common during “Carnevale”, so much that the saying “A Carnevale ogni scherzo vale” (During Carnival anything goes) has become part of the Italian language and culture. – A few VIP Members asked this simple question: “What is Carnival like in Italy?” – So, here’s the answer, of course, all in Italian.
