Ho una domanda…
I noticed that Max makes a “th”sound for the “z” in Grazie…also in “Venezia” in another lesson..
Potreste spiegare, per favore..
I love these lessons!

When I was in Italy, I noticed that Italians have two ways of pronouncing the letter “Z”. The word I’ve used to understand the 2 different ways is “zucchero” – sugar. Some Italians pronounce it “soft”, with a “th” sound, some others pronounce it “hard” with a full “Z” sound.
I love Italian language. And it has the most beautiful sounding from the native Italians, and I love the manner of their speaking!
