All of LearnItalianPod’s audio files are produced under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 license. You can remix and share these audio files as much as you want, provided that you attribute the original work to LearnItalianPod.com.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content except for the audio files is copyrighted and cannot be published in any other place without our prior written permission.

Subscriber’s Rights
A LearnItalianPod VIP Membership allows you to access all the online tools and resources for personal use only. You may also download pdfs from the learning center. However, all subscription materials downloaded are for personal use only and cannot be re-distributed. For re-distribution rights of LearnItalianPod’s material, please contact LearnItalianPod@gmail.com.

Your Membership Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. LearnItalianPod reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel subscriptions in their sole discretion.
