Is there any difference between the expression “piano piano” and “lentamente” - are the two interchangeable?

LENTAMENTE MEANS SLOWLY LIKE IN” IT WILL SLOWLY GROW” CRESCUTERA LENTAMENTE.
WHILE PIANO PIANO IS USUALLY USED IN EXPRESSIONS LIKE” GO EASY” OR “DO NOT RUSH” BUT THE TWO ARA INTERCHANGEABLE
